Company Profile Anodising Hard Anodising Powdercoating Thermoplastic Coating Zinc Electroplating E-Coating

Finished Products has been servicing Sydney's manufacturing industry for more than 20 years with high quality and environmentally friendly product finishing services for both metal and plastic components. The company employs over forty specialised staff covering a range of finishing unequaled by any other company in Australia including the following:

Anodising:
Conventional sulphuric anodising to add colour, corrosion resistance, and surface finish to your aluminium product. Permanent electrocolour is available to provide a finish suitable for long term exterior exposure.

Hardcoat Anodising: The special electrochemical process for producing coatings with wear resistance equal to or exceeding case hardened steel and file hardness that have been measured as high as 70c Rockwell. These coatings have wear properties that have withstood 200,000 cycles on the tabor abrasion test and also add corrosion resistance, lubricity, and impart non stick properties to the surface.

Powdercoating: These coatings come in a great range of colour and textures that suit many applications. Finished products have two powder lines, one fully automatic, both with on-line pretreatment which is essential for a quality coating. We can also offer new fusion-bonded thermoplastic powder finishes that provide superior performance over the traditional thermoset process.

E-Coating: E-Coat is a method of metal finishing which uses electrical current to deposit paint from a water-based solution. The paint particles are drawn to the metal and the paint deposits on the part forming an even, continuous film over the surface and in every crevice and corner until the coating reaches the desired thickness. It is also commonly called "Electrocoat", and is one of the most rapidly growing sections of the finishing industry with advantages in both cost and performance over most other systems.

Zinc Electroplating: Zinc Electroplating is a corrosion protection process for ferrous metal products. Post-treatments will produce silver or gold finish. Zinc electroplating is a common and useful process which is widely used in the manufacturing industry.

Aluminium Conversion Coatings: These coatings on aluminium and its alloys provide corrosion resistance for many applications in the electronics and defence areas.
